Cannot recommend this guy enough!! I had two other company’s stand me up for two days straight on my dryer I called him at 6pm and he was at my house within 30 minutes! Went above and beyond to make sure my unit was working at top notch!! Replaced me full roller kit and went ahead and cleaned my vent while he was there! It was Friday after 5 and our fridge and freeze was out. We looked at reviews from different companies and James had a solid 5. So we took at chance and made the call. Within 30 mins he showed up. Very friendly and knowledgeable in his field. He was done within 1.5. Reasonable price for the time of day, day of week, and how quickly he got it done. He saved half of our food by being able to help out so quickly! Will recommend :). Thank again!!

This guy is seriously awesome!! Our refrigerator went out completely, we had one company come out and said nothing could be done, I called this company and the guy came out the same day, he didn't just look at it, but actually worked on it, he did not leave until he fixed it!! He explained everything he was doing step by step, showed us what was wrong and even went as far as to show us proper care to prevent future problems and then some. The guy was so respectful, even though he stayed until late fixing it. And his price seriously I don't think anyone could beat. We totally will recommend him to everyone!! He came yesterday, and I woke up this morning to check and yes,..our fridge is cooled, the freezer is is freezing, ice maker is working,.I'm one happy customer!!!! Thanks again for saving my groceries and being easy on my pocket!!!!!

I have used a lot of repair services in the past, but I must say, this was the best experience he came out late Friday night when I called. Unfortunately, didn't have my part with him. Because it's not a common part that goes out but ordered it and was back on Sunday to repair My washer in my opinion, he went above and beyond he checked all the Coats that were appearing on my washer, even old ones and made sure that they were not kill an issue. My washer works great, honestly better than it has in almost 2 years. He is now programmed in my phone. Under my new repairman, not even by his business name as long as I have an appliance that needs work. He will be my first call.
Prices were amazing, especially for an emergency call. In the middle of a Friday night and then to come and do all the repairs on a Sunday. Thanks for everything you're amazing

Compressor went out on LG Refrigerator—James diagnosed problem right away and advised that the LG compressor may still be under warranty. As I found out … it was!! LG shipped new compressor and when it was received James promptly returned and replaced the old with the new. James was very good with staying in touch with me and responded to all texts and messages promptly. I would highly recommend his services for your next appliance repair.
